Sorry to those of you who inquired with offers regarding the jungles. I lost track of several of the messages I was sent, but recently ended up working out a trade deal.

Life has gotten nice and crazy, and I have no time for snakes-- I'd really like these gone. Any takers at $300 for the trio? I origianlly paid $350 for the single male, and he was the cheap one...oops!

Striped Bredli 2.1 -

These are from a group of 5 originally obtained from Casey Lasik via a trade deal with a friend. The 1.1 normals have already sold, so there are 2.1 left. Average colors for striped bredli, a little dark for my taste, but quite pretty after a shed.

All of these animals eat thawed rats from tongs or off of the cage floor. They are all well behaved, but are not handled much, and I always remove them from their cages with a hook.

Feel free to ask any questions you might have. Thanks for looking!

Hopefully posting this doesn't break the forum rules, I haven't been a member in a few (*cough* *cough* 7?) years.

It's never too late to rejoin Clifford....:)

Beautiful snakes BTW. I have a pair of Bredyls myself (normals) and I absolutely love them. The best temperament from a snake that I've ever met.

I've considered it, but if these animals ever sell, I'll only have two snakes left, and I'm already hitting up monthly meetings for a few other groups...funny how the calendar fills up.

I've been keeping pythons and colubrids around 9 years, and was a member of the PNHS for 3 years or so, but these days my 8 month old 1.0 mini-me is taking up most of my hobby time, and my wife enjoys the fish tanks a lot more than the snakes-- which makes it easier to choose between the two. :D

(Thought I'd also add that those snakes don't live in that bin, that was just for taking the photos. They have 4'x2'x2' cheap, ugly, home-made plywood cages with sliding acrylic windows, which are available for free with the animals if you feel like moving them. Cage delivery not available =) )

Oooh, I'm drooling over your JCP girl! Wish I had cash. :( If you'd take tarantulas in trade.... :D

Yeah, I'm the same way. Would LOVE to have her..but just can't afford it right now.

If you want trades for anything, or are up for payments, just let me know :-)

Not looking to adding any more reptiles at the moment, but I'd probably consider trades on aquarium equipment or livestock.

High on the list would be freshwater shrimp I don't have, rare freshwater plants, saltwater equipment and livestock...I'm definitely looking around for more saltwater gear.

I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but I'm not opposed to offers.

Thanks

Also, it looks like I didn't leave any contact info-- feel free to e-mail me at clifford at clevergeek dot com.

Livestock? As in goats, pig, chicken?

Darn, I don't have any really cool aquarium stuff. :( Well, if you don't get any good offers, I'd trade you some really sweet tarantulas for the JCP girl.

Sorry for not being more clear. :) The livestock suggestion was a follow-up on the saltwater equipment-- meaning live things to put in my saltwater tanks. Coral, inverts, fish, macroalgae, liverock, etc.

No pig trades, plese. :D

I never did get an answer if Aja does her own butchering (or knows a butcher), or if they're pet pigs...? I'm rather on the tired side of eating hormone infested meat.... and if I can find a closer butcher than Cle Elm, it would be great.

There's a butcher that (I believe) does natural meat in the unincorporated area NE of Lynnwood, on Ash way by the P&R. I'll look for the name later and PM it to you. I haven't tried them, but I keep thinking about it.

Sorry I missed this the first time around-- I will *BE SURE* to tell my wife about the offer, but I don't think she'll be too eager to work something out. (she's not squeamish about bugs, but I don't think she'd be up for giant spiders)

Just to temp myself, you wouldn't happen to be keeping cobalts? Always liked those...

I've got a few adult females. :) They're not a species I recommend a lot, as they are happiest when they are underground and you can't see them, but they are really pretty when they come out!

My hobby spending is just a little out of control lately, so I'd be willing to entertain reasonable offers on any of these guys.

Thanks!

If I thought that more than two snakes would live happily together, I would be interested in the Bredyls. But alas, no. Don't want to push my luck with the happy set-up I have now. Good luck with them though. They are fantastic snakes. :)

While I'd love to have you pick up the bredli, and have seen communal setups that work quite well (as long as everyone's fed separately), I would agree that most pythons are best kept by themselves.

If you change your mind and decide to expand, let me know-- as previously stated, the wood cages come free with the snakes, if you have room for them and feel like moving them. =) (they're nice and light, but at some point should be re-sealed)

$300 for trio, all three for $300? So hard to resist. They're on my wish list but I really like normal phase.

Yup, $300 for all three. Two of these are medium large (more than 6 feet), and one is probably just under that. (and not quite as girthy as the other two)

I'm not even sure what these guys are going for these days, but with a little feeding these guys should be ready for pairing up next season...for the price (or less than the price) of hatchlings.

I have some coral I want to buy, so...they...must...go.

They are gorgeous, if I didn't have other bills coming up....very tempting. I'm lucky my husband is underway or he'd be drooling all over my keyboard. :)

And thus, another bump on these beauties.
