Crested Geckos for sale

I have four geckos for sale and will get photos and more info up, later this weekend.

1. Female sub adult- frog butt from Blank Ink reptiles, eating CGD - $100 - Photos 2 and 3

2. Male adult - Popeye, eating CGD * $40

3. Unsexed - Juvenile - Black/Creme Pinstripe from AC Reptiles, mostly gut loaded crickets with supplements and just started on CGC born in Oct. This little guy is very dark when fired up, but no pinstripe - photos 1 and 4 $65

4. Unsexed Juvenile - Red Harley x Orange Flame from AC Reptiles mostly gut loaded crickets with supplements and just started on CGC born in Oct, $65

The prices listed are what I paid for them without freight. If no one wants them this week, they will go down to Portland, where the price may be higher. I will consider trades for equipment and MAYBE creatures, no Nile Monitor Lizards please, will also consider 'future' creatures. Please don't take offense if I turn you down, it's nothing personal. Will accept Pay Pal, but price may be higher.

Popeye is a special gecko in that he had MBD at one point, hence his name. Popeye will not go to Portland as I want to make sure he stays local.

Okay, here are some more photos. My camera is ancient, so please don't ask for more pics, this is about good as it is going to get.

The gecko on the papertowel is the Harley x Flame. I woke him up so he is not fired up here. He weighed in at 6 grams

The large gecko is Popeye. The big ouff is 39 grams.

Then the female frog butt has come in at 17 grams. She is a partial pinstripe and the black and cream was from Anthony's pinstripe line but it doesn't show, so I am guessing that makes him a het for pinstripe? I don't know how that works for Cresties.

I see their in the kitchen. What can they cook? Or do they just order out? Crested gecko diet for two by candle light. With dusted crickets or perhaps some Phoenix worms to start.

most crestie traits are the result of line breeding and not discreet genetics. so most traits don't have a het or a homozygous form. take red cresties and breed them only to other red cresties for generations and eventually you will have mostly all red babies. but you may still get a range of intensity in the red and have random non red babies show up. breed 2 unknown lineage geckos together and you will get a whole myriad of looks in the babies. pinstripe was made by selective breeding animals with the widest stripes together until the next generations showed wider striped. if you outbreed one to something other than a pinstripe you dont get hets you just get a random assortment of babies. breed these babies to a pinstripe later and you might get good results since they may still carry that tendency from the one parents but you wont have a discreet inheritance with a predicted 1:2:1 ratio or anything.
