Ok... After long and careful thought, I have reached a difficult decision. I have a 65 Gal Long Plexiglass tank that I need to rehome. This is a tank I have had for about 8 years, has always had water in it, and I have loved for a long time. I had an amazing grouping of catfish, oscars and pacus in it, that I had going successfully from when I first moved into my apartment 3 years before until the power went out for 7 days year before last and the fish all got too cold and passed. and my tank has never been the same. I just don't seem to have good fishtank Karma anymore, and I really think it would be happier in someone elses' home.

That being said, it's a 65Gal tank, Plexi, so there are no "seams" or caulking. It has 2 Whisper 60s for filters, extra filter fillers, all the rocks and hidey places that river fish love, some extra gear and tank chemicals, a syphon cleaner, oak laminated particle board stand (translates to weighs a effin ton!), and solid oak hood with a grate style cover for easy feeding.

Since I had cat/river fish, the daylight in the room was sufficient for the tank,, and I don't have a hood light for it, the one that came with it died a long time ago and I didn't bother replacing it.

I have no problems helping transport, it's heavy if you're still going to use it for fish and keep the gravel, but does fit in the back of my xterra, one piece at a time.

There are still a couple fish in it, couple corrys, couple plecos, and one tiger oscar.

I'm looking to sell the whole kit-n-kaboodle for about $200, but will make considerations or trades from Society folk. I may get back in to fish someday, but for now, I just need to take a break and regroup.

Thanks for looking,

Izzy

Duh... in my stupor, I forgot to put measurements up, and the last time scott blitzkrieg-cleaned my house, I think he moved/misplaced/lost it... we're looking....

Gone Guys... thanks for looking :D

the tank it's self is approx 4'Lx18Hx16ishD.

The stand is just less than an inch longer on each end, and 2.5'H

The Hood (which you don't have to use, but hides the filters, is another4-5" above the top of the tank.

(the tapemeasure is officially lost, so if you need exact measurements, you'll have to gimme some time:()

So, total "rough-in" measurements would be 4'x4.5'x18"
