If anyone wants an Iguana I am forwarding this guys info and contact info. Please contact him. He has been told that he will need to join our forum in the time he is advertising his need for an Iguana in the "Animal Classifieds" and that he will need to talk with interested parties.
Here is his info and story, sound familiar??
Thanks for the quick response. It's fine to place my info for the forum. Who knows? Anything is possible. I appreciate your time. Continued prayers and blessings for the Society's efforts in all you do.

Flozzell,
Unfortunately we have no placement for Iguana's. Many are let loose in the parks and the cold weather kills them and many are abandoned in apartments. There are over 100 on www.petfinders.com (http://www.petfinders.com/)
What I can offer you is to join our forum and place an add in the "Animal Classifieds" and on our adoption page explains other options. You may also get care ideas from our forum. Again I am sorry, but we have Iguana's coming our of our ears. I will send your info out on the forum and someone may contact you, if you allow me to.
Good luck and I know you are in a hard place as we all are!!

Animal Description:
Species: Iguana
Age: Unknown- 1 year with me
Size: From nose to tail apprx 3.5 ft
Health: Appearance wise, general health based on book is good. It was left on
our doorstep of our business last year with a note and internet instructions on
how to care for it. Uncertain if it is a male or female. Based on photo I
think it\'s a male. Diet, I\'ve tried to keep according to text with dark
greens mostly plus green beens, peas, some fruit and the treat of rose petals
when I receive them. We own a health club. When the season gets to be colder
in the evenings I take Precious home with me in a pet carrier. I don\'t have
anything set up at home for it. The room I thought I could try and make the
appropriat changes, is no longer available. My Father-in-law has moved back
with us. There is no other space in our home due to the fact that it barely
fits us with our kids. Precious is getting too large for the tank, it came
with. Our gym facility is also limited on space, yet ideas have been given,
though I\'m uncertain of how to implement them nor have the time. Other factors
of concern: a hectic schedule as owner operator of our business w/family life;
ability to provide proper and affordable health care; potential growth size;
ability to maintain temperature control with a new cage/tank; any possible power
outages and the limited mobility and environmental friendliness for Precious.
If I have to travel, a caretaker becomes an issue too, since my family accepts
it only because I care for it-yet are not comfortable with dealing with
Precious. Though I believe my baby knows it is loved dearly, I\'m struggling
with how to make the quality of life right for it. I need help. Guidance and
aid to address the challenges if a proper loving home is not available.
